Delete it yourself in the app

Open The Lions Cage: Home Run Derby and sign in.
Open ACCOUNT, then ACCOUNT SETTINGS.
Choose DELETE PROFILE and confirm.

Your account and the data listed below are deleted right away.

Or ask us to delete it

If you no longer have the app, email contact@thelionscage.com with the subject “Delete my account”. Include your in-game username or the email you signed up with. We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

Your sign-in account (email, Apple or Google sign-in)
Your email address
Your username, which becomes available to other players
Your scores, daily scores and leaderboard entries
Your marketing and leaderboard preferences, and the dates you accepted the terms

What is kept, and for how long

Reports you made about another player's username are kept for moderation, without your account attached, for up to 1 year.
Anonymous usage statistics and crash reports are not linked to your name or email. Usage statistics are kept for up to 14 months and crash reports for up to 90 days.
Mailing list sign-ups are separate from your game account. To be removed from the mailing list, email us or use the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

Your profile photo is stored only on your phone and is removed when you delete the app.

Delete some data but keep your account

To remove your scores from the public leaderboard, turn off the leaderboard option in ACCOUNT SETTINGS. To have your scores or email deleted without closing your account, email contact@thelionscage.com and say what you want removed. We do it within 30 days.
